Once your wedding date is locked in we will create your wedding website and Facebook event as well as your Save the Dates.

All your guests can jump onto your website to find out all about your wedding destination, venue and travel packages for them to attend.

Work with your Guest travel consultant

Work with your consultant

Using our in-house travel agency (affiliated with the HelloWorld group) you will work with your guest consultant to create the best travel packages for you and your guests and these will feature on your wedding website where your guests can book.

You will also have access to our sister company ‘Honeymoon Destinations’ to find the perfect location for your honeymoon either at your destination or elsewhere.

Work with your wedding planner

We will send you out a kit in the mail with all the information for your ceremony and reception options, along with a list of our recommended external suppliers.

You will receive a personalised timeline of what is required from you and when.

Over the next few months your personal wedding planner is just a phone call or Email away to run though any ideas and inspiration you may have leading up to the wedding.

Finalise your wedding day

The finishing touches

Once we get to 4 months out you will send us back your wishlist with all of your wedding choices and we will work with you and your suppliers to finalise all your arrangements. This is also when we will contact you to go through the legal process and request any paperwork that is required if you are having a legal wedding.

Everything is arranged and paid in Aussie dollars before you leave and you will receive a fully itemised running sheet of your day.

All your pre wedding meetings have been arranged so you just need to turn up and go over the details with your on site planner, photographer, celebrant etc.

Then just relax, have fun with your friends and family and have the most stress free wedding experience.
